These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anticipatory Bot (the “Bot”), operated by Anticipatory (“we”, “us”). By adding or using the Bot in Microsoft Teams, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
- You may use the Bot only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
- You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its infrastructure.
- You are responsible for the content you send to the Bot.
Availability
The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anticipatory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Bot.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
