These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of AnticipatoryGM (the “App”), the Microsoft Teams app operated by Anticipatory (“we”, “us”). By adding or using the App in Microsoft Teams, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
The App is a companion to the Anticipatory platform. To use it, you must sign in with a valid Anticipatory account. Your use of the platform, and of the data in it, is also governed by your agreement with Anticipatory. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement wins. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your signed-in session.
Use of the service
- Use the App only in line with these Terms, your organisation’s policies and applicable law.
- Do not misuse or disrupt the App or its infrastructure, or try to gain unauthorised access to them.
- Do not use the App to create or spread unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
- You are responsible for the content you send to the App, and for having the right to share any files you upload.
AI-generated content
Some answers are generated by artificial intelligence and are labelled as such. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not professional financial, legal or other advice. Check important information before you rely on it. Actions that move money or publish content, such as applying a price change or posting a review reply, show a preview and run only after you confirm them. You are responsible for the actions you confirm. You can use the thumbs up and down buttons on an answer to report problems.
Availability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
No warranty
To the maximum extent the law allows, the App comes without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Anticipatory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, you accept the revised Terms.
